The Operation Level consists of experienced Project Leaders who lead multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout every stage of project delivery.

Project Leaders are responsible for project management, technical coordination, quality assurance and client communication, ensuring that every project is delivered efficiently and in accordance with the highest engineering standards.

Working closely with the Management Level, they enable effective collaboration, rapid problem-solving and consistent project performance.
